BHAKTAPUR, MAR 15 -

Preparations for this year’s School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examination, which will kick off on March 25, has been completed, the Examination Control Office, Sano Thimi said.

About 466,000 are sitting for the SLC exam in 1,550 exam centres this year.

Question papers and answer sheets have been already dispatched to all districts, Examination Controller Chitra Prasad Devkota said.

A high-level monitoring committee has been constituted in each zone under coordination of a joint-secretary to put the exam in order.

The SLC exam authority has also appealed all the political parties, teachers, students, civil society and other concerned not to call for any banda, strike and protest affecting SLC students at least till the exam period.
