Work hard in unity for timely statute: Prakash Man Singh
BARA, MAR 13 -
Nepali Congress vice president Prakash Man Singh urged NC lawmakers to work hard in unity to promulgate the new constitution in the slated time since the constitution writing and peace process are the main agendas of the Constituent Assembly.
Inaugurating NC party office built in Simara, Singh said if the political consensus is forged among parties, promulgation of the new constitution in the slated time is possible.
He urged UCPN (Maoist) to be responsible towards people and nation understanding the present condition of the nation and help the government on constitution drafting process.
CA member Shobhakar Parajuli and NC central member Farmullaha Mansur said parties will have lost people’s confidence if the constitution is not issued in time.
