UCPN (Maoist) spokesperson Dinanath Sharma said on Saturday that his party has not been a hindrance to the drafting of new constitution in the slated timeframe.

Speaking at the inaugural of the second district conference of the All Nepal Progressive Health Workers Association in Baglung today, Sharma said the Maoist has never been an obstacle on constitution drafting process, as it had given 'blood' for the Constituent Assembly.

"The allegation labeled to the Maoist by some incumbent ministers that the party has obstructed the constitution making is just propaganda", he claimed.
