KATHMANDU, MAR 06 -

United Nations Under Secretary General for Political Affairs B. Lynn Pascoe is arriving in Kathmandu on March 10 for a three-day visit.

He is set visit the United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN) while in Kathmandu, and he will hold meetings with senior government officials and political party leaders to discuss the state of the peace process and encourage forward movement in the period ahead, UNMIN said on Saturday.

The top UN official will visit India before coming to Nepal.
