Govt ‘shocked’ by Singhaniya’s murder

KATHMANDU, MAR 02 -
Minister for Information and Communications Shankar Pokharel said on Tuesday that the government is actively engaged in arresting the killers of media entrepreneur Arun Singhaniya.
In a press release issued by the Information and Communications Minister today, he said his ministry is cooperating with the Home Ministry to arrest the persons or gangs involved in the murder of Singhaniya.
Spokesperson of the government, Pokharel said the government is serious towards the rising incidents of the murder of media entrepreneurs and committed to bring the culprits involved in the incidents to justice. "The government is shocked by the killing of Singhaniya and has condemned it."
