Program coordinator of the organization Prakash Adhikari said those disqualified combatants who were discharged from the cantonments would be given formal and non-formal education including trainings on skill-generation.

Adhikari informed that the program would be begun in four districts of Mechi zone and in Tehrathum district of Koshi zone from mid May with the assistance of the UNICEF.

Regional representative of the UNICEF Usha Koirala said the program would run for two years and Rs 100,000 will be provided for each combatant.

It has been learnt that each school-goer would get Rs 1,500 allowance per month along with clothing.
