Nemwang urges parties to draft constitution on time

BHAKTAPUR, FEB 20 - Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subash Chandra Nemwang on Saturday urged all the political parties to forget the bitter past and draft the new constitution on time.
Inaugurating the second Bhaktapur Scout Camporee, Nemwang urged the parties to get involved in drafting the new constitution.
He opined that the constitution can be promulgated within 90 days if the political leaders are made to stay at the same place like that of the Camporee of scout.
"Let's draft new constitution as per the people's aspiration," Nemwang said.
Scout Camporee began in Bhaktapur after 13 years with the slogan ‘Scouting for developed society’.
There are about 2,400 scouts, 600 scout masters and rover rangers participating in the nationwide programme organised by Bhaktapur District Scout Office.
Participants of the programme will be provided with various trainings including safety measures to be safe, to save and for rescue operations during natural calamity. The participant will be instructed to encourage them in various social activities.
