Nemwang urges CA members to speed up statute writing

KATHMANDU, FEB 09 - Chairman of Constituent Assembly (CA) Subash Nemwang has urged CA members to speed up the constitution drafting process as all basis and drafts of the new statute have been readied.
"Thematic committees have already submitted concept papers and drafts to the CA and discussions are also held. Now all those drafts need to be integrated and prepare the draft of the new constitution," he said while inaugurating a seminar on "Long Term Management of Child Health and Vaccination Programme" here on Tuesday.
Nemwang said all should cooperate from their respective sectors to frame the constitution considering the drafts a basis.
At the same programme, Minister for Health and Population Uma Kanta Chaudhary said the government will run child health and vaccination programme more effectively.
