DHAKA, FEB 02 - Nepal posted an easy win over Sri Lanka in the 11th SAG men’s Kabaddi by 26-16 to ensure bronze at National Kabaddi Stadium on Tuesday.
The winners bagged two lonas who led the first half 15-7.
Eventually the bronze were awarded for both the third and fourth teams. Lankan Kabaddi team is yet to win a match in this discipline.
On the other hand, Pakistan beat Bangladesh in the men Kabaddi of Games by 17-11 points in the first match of day three of the Games.
The match was fought hard by the Bangladeshi kabbadians, but could not bring the result to their favour after trailing 3-6 in the first half.
Bangladesh team, who won their previous two matches against Sri Lanka and Nepal, made its way difficult to win silver.
