BHAKTAPUR, JAN 23 - Peace and Reconstruction Minister Rakam Chemjong has claimed that constitution would be drafted within the stipulated time.
Speaking at a programme in Jhaukhel VDC of the district on Saturday, Chemjong said the government has been moving ahead with an objective of promulgating the constitution within dateline.
He stressed on Maoist's help and coordination for lasting peace urging all political parties to be serious in constitution writing process.
