SYANGJA, JAN 19 - A woman died on spot when a tractor knocked her down on Monday.Two other men have also been injured who were traveling in a motorcycle.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Bishnu Parajuli. The tractor hit her on the road after hitting the motorcycle, police said.
The tractor was heading towards Bhakunde from Waling Municipality-3, Syangja district.
It has been learnt that Parajuli was waiting for the arrival of the motorcycle to pick her up.
Policeman Chitra Bahadur Thapamagar and Narayan Sharma who were on the motorcycle have been injured in the accident.
Similarly, Krishna Darji and Sukamaya Sunar traveling by the tractor were seriously injured in the accident. The tractor skidded some 50 metres down into the Gedikhola River from the road.
