Two held with weapons

BANKE, DEC 29 - Police on Monday night arrested two people involved in different crimes in Banke distrcit. They were held with arms.

The arrestees have been identified as Dayaram Yadav and Manju Yadav of Balapur, Kamdi VDC-8 of Banke.

Police confiscated two country-made pistols, seven rounds of ammunition for the pistols, one Khukuri, nine thousand rupees and donation receipts.

They were arrested from a forest at Kamaiya Danda at Phattepur VDC-8 on the other side of the Rapti River, according to police.
