KATHMANDU, DEC 17 - The Patan Appellate Court on Thursday decided to scrap Nepal Development Bank (NDB), country’s first development bank.

The court also handed over the responsibility of completing the procedure of scrapping NDB to Charted Accountant Narayan Bajaj.

Earlier, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), also the central bank, had decided to liquidate the NDB.
