YCL takes out motorcycle rally in capital
Kathmandu, Dec 08 - Youth wing of UCPN (Maoist), Young Communist League (YCL) took out a motorcycle rally in the capital as per the thrid-phase protest on Tuesday.
The rally initiated from Babarmahal in the capital is scheduled to take a round of ring-road.
It is due to conclude at Kamalpokhari, YCL capital In-Charge Chandra Bahadur Thapa informed.
Prior to the rally, the YCL had submitted a memorandum to Minister for Finance Suerndra Pandey.
They submitted the memorandum against the government's decision to stop youth employment programme.
The YCL is also scheduled to submit the memorandum to Minister of State for Youth and Sports, Chanda Chaudhari today itself.
The Maoists had launched second-phase protest from Nov.2 against the government after the ruling parties objected to their proposal on discussing the President’s move during the Army Chief row in the Legislature-Parliament.
