SARLAHI, NOV 20 - Police arrested Ajay Singh, central member of Tarai Cobra, an armed outfit active in the Tarai region, from Sarlahi district on Thursday night.

According to the police, they arrested Singh, 35, of Balara VDC-8 from his house last night acting on a tip-off.

Singh has been charged with over half-a-dozen cases including abduction, murder, donation, explosion and others.

The police have claimed that they have arrested the kingpin man involved in maximum numbers of criminal activities taking place at the border areas including Sitamadi, Majorgunj and other places.
