Property worth million robbed in Rupandehi

BHAIRAHAWA, NOV 17 - An unidentified gang of armed robbers looted property worth million from two houses at Patkhauli in Rupandehi district on Monday night.

According to Dhakdhai Area Police Office, the robbers ransacked houses of local Jokhan Teli and Kiran Yadav last night.

The armed looters took hold of the family members and plundered the house.

It has been learnt that the robbers took away 5 tola gold and Rs. 32,000 in cash from Yadav’s house and jewelry worth Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 30,000 in cash from Teli.

Meanwhile, the police have said that they have initiated search for the robbers.
