KATHMANDU, NOV 15 - Host Valley Public and Kathmandu Xavier clinched the Fourth Valley Public Inter-school Basketball Championship girls and boys category respectively. Sujata Rai orchestrated Valley Public's 35-7 win over Prithivi School. Rai netted 12 points.

Likewise, Kathmandu Valley bagged the boy's category as they defeated Valley Public 50-48. Asim Shrestha scored 20 points for the winners. Rai and Biraj Rana were named the most valuable player female and male.
