KATHMANDU , OCT 14 - Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhi Wednesday said the old modus operandi will make it impossible to implement projects effectively and directed to abandon such pattern.

“I feel that only after it seems possible to gain the objective of projects only after adopting new ideas and civilised working style,” he said in a directive issued to the Appellate Courts on Wednesday.

The Chief Justice has also directed to make the legal works prompt and accessible, to maintain calibre in legal procedures, to increase people’s trust in courts and fulfil the expectation kept by the constitution towards the judicial.
