SARLAHI, OCT 11 - Activists of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) obstructed the Sarlahi road section of the East-West Highway on Sunday putting forth two demands.
They have demanded to scrap the “false” case filed against district chairman Ashok Yadav and investigation into the irregularities at the District Education Office.
Vehicular movement came to a standstill for two hours since 10 am.
An employee at the District Education Office, Shiv Shankar Kuswaha, has lodged a case against Yadav stating he assaulted him. However, the MJF has said a minor dispute and clash occurred while interrogating about financial irregularities.
